→ What channels does the community use to communicate and gather?

• Facebook is a simple event platform and has plenty of people on it but within communities I’d like to have more bulletin board style to steer away from screen use. 
• Discord, Asana.com or glassfrog.com or empower-thrive.mn.co 
• Meet-up is a good platform for those who aren’t huge social media people, using a broad approach across all social media would give us a broader outreach 

→ What are the core digital needs of the members and which platforms can fulfill them?

• There might be a need to not have any digital interaction at times. 
• Platforms that fulfill our values might be: something with limitable notifications, with a simple UI, easy event planning, Circle Chat options.    
• There are applications that can be set up for marketing across social media that will post at specific times  ie. hootsuite.com

→ What is the existing digital behavior of the members and how can the community integrate into that?

•  Our members would recognize the harm in excessive screen time and also recognize the need for the internet, and the ability to upload/download with ease.  

→ Where does the community meet regularly - physically or digitally?

• Digitally - Asana.com or glassfrog.com or empower-thrive.mn.co  
• Physical meetings will happen at the wellness temples and community center

→ How does the community communicate internally? With the outside world?

→ What are the requirements of the community towards their physical spaces?

• Space agreements: There will be certain standards towards maintaining physical spaces. These will include cleaning daily, weekly, and monthly.
• For “private” spaces, there will likely be monthly house cleaning requirements to correct hoarding behaviour and clean filth that may attract pests, mold, rot, etc. resulting in a depreciation and degradation of the space. While spaces may be considered private, they are not owned in the classical sense, meaning stewards of the space do not have the “right” to destroy or misuse it, said another way, stewards of the space agree to the space agreements and breaking those agreements may result in a loss of access to the space and potentially the community. 
• Common Unity-wide space agreements.
