- We use the Values of Abundance for our decision making process. This means that for all decisions we make, we first make sure that it supports the organization's purpose and is in alignment with each value.

→ How do we capture and communicate our values, both internally and externally?
We say/use them every time we are faced with a decision
- People entering the community agree to the community values of abundance.
- Foster open communication amongst all members as co-creators of an evolving set of values for future community models.
- Utilizing Social media and other digital access platforms
- Using values as a measuring tool to gauge balance within the members experience. When a value is less present members are to create events that bring that value into balance.
- Our agreements are based on our principles which are based on our values. So, we are acting in harmony with our values daily
