→ What experiences do members share in the community?

• Individual and group Holistic Wellness Check-ins and group meditations.
• Periodically planned group meals
• Holistic wellness education grouped within the six pillars of wellness.
• Tribe Circles
• Retreats and exploratory education
• Authentic communication and team building
• Outings
• Games
• Family time, etc.
• Organized group workouts, support meetings, organized social gatherings, workshops / Ions (peer-led workshops, events and parties), etc
• Group travel
• Drum Circles
• Rituals

→ How do the individual experiences connect to the community’s overall goals?

• Common unity members will be environmentally encouraged to grow towards their highest selves within their current alignment. Collective individual growth will have a positive impact on the community as a whole.
• The collective commons gives a way for members to take care of and enjoy the space while also connecting to a larger purpose
   

→ Why are certain experiences more important than others?

•  Some experiences will support individual growth, others will be to help grow the common unity in a positive direction aligned with values.  While both are important, individual growth is the cornerstone of the common unity’s holistic happiness, fulfillment and abundance. So in essence, individual growth experiences will be an important precursor to a healthy global common unity. 

→ How are shared experiences organized: is everything organized top down for the

members? Or do members organize experiences for each other?

• While some shared experiences will be organized at the global common unity level, most experiences will be organized amongst the members and the circles they participate in in the form of Ions (peer-led workshops, events and parties).
• Anyone can organize an event given the space agreements have an open space that can be used for the event

→ Do the shared experiences speak to a diverse group of members?

•  Yes, all shared experiences will be equally accessible to members that are in alignment with their purposes.
