- Any role that fulfills the next steps outlined in the Master plan or by their circle
→ Why do the different roles exist ?
- Diversity!
- Our community is a part of an organization and organism. It requires a variety of roles to live and grow. There is more than enough for everyone involved and providing clear roles will keep us all happy, healthy and successful.
→ What are the expectations for each role?
- Care, competency, and communication
- Detailed in the accountabilities and responsibilities of each role. These are typically created when the role is created by the circle or initial role steward. Can be changed with the governance process at governance meetings.
→ What are the rules for how handovers and transfer of responsibilities happen?
- Roles may be changed at Flowing when possible. Everyone taking care of one another.
- When there is a gap, may need to have multiple skilled members to fulfill a role. Or may need to find someone to fulfill a role when there’s an empty one.
- Once trained, all are equal. Anyone capable can do a task, as there is no role accountability like a normal hierarchy, but individual responsibility
