Experience - Member Selection

→ How do people join the community? 

• Initially, members are selected through recommendation only (building the founding team). 
• Once we have a physical location that has events, new candidates will be invited by recommendation from current stewards.  
• Basic application process, for “hiring” 
• Vetting potential members through participation, and successful completion of the “Holistic Wellness Series” immersive educational programs.
• Vetting through “Divine Dragons” coaching program.
• people are invited/referred to the community by standing out in workshops, coaching, or other events offered by the community for paying members.

→ Is this an open or a closed community? 

The community is closed
 

→ For open communities: what marks the difference between a member and a

non-member?

•  Designated wristbands, id’s with RFID technology 

→ What is the on boarding process for new members?

•  Potential members come as guests, they may either participate in a 6 week long intensive/immersive experience, followed by invitation to organization where they will receive more training in roles and continue their development. Others may participate in workshops over many months/years, they will have built a positive reputation with the community and demonstrated a high level of inspiration, self-development and integrity to receive an invitation through referral.   

→ How are the people identified who should be part of the community? 

• Educators that flow and fit really naturally with the people, places and things of the community. 
• They are open to personal development and learning new systems. It is not so much that they are a perfect fit, but that they are adaptable and able to change as we develop. 

→ How actively does the community want to grow and add people? 

•  The vision is, as people embrace the journey of personal development and global regeneration, they are plugged into the community network in either existing or new communities. This is a model of transformation and we want to plug people in as soon as they are ready so they can be fully supported in their new lifestyle.
